Delivery is free on all UK orders over £100. Orders below £100 incur a £5.99 delivery cost.

  • Order before 3pm, Monday to Thursday – Estimated next working day delivery
  • Order after 3pm, Monday to Thursday or all day Friday, Saturday & Sunday – Estimated 1-2 working days

Please note during our seasonal peaks e.g. Black Friday, Christmas etc it may take a little longer to process and deliver your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping online. However, please contact us, as we may be able to delivery internationally via Pro Forma Invoice.

If you are a UK customer and have not received your order within the estimated time frame above, please email us with your order number at orders@tadmedical.co.uk. One of our team will investigate the location of your delivery immediately.

Can my shipping address be different to my billing address?

Yes, we can send your order to an alternate address. We will also need the cardholders billing address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the address that you enter in the delivery details section of the checkout form.

How will you let me know my delivery has been sent?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. Following this, you will receive shipping confirmation.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please e-mail orders@tadmedical.co.uk with your order number, full name and postcode. Please note that if you order has been processed you will not be able to cancel. Customer Services are open between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holiday).

How do I return my product?

Please see the returns information detailed below.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the goods sold by TAD Medical, our policy does not accept returns as these items cannot be resold.

However, in the event that you wish to return the products to us because it is:

(i) not as described;

(ii) not fit for purpose; or

(iii) damaged or faulty

We will refund the price of the products in full together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs that you incur in returning the item to us.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.

Please contact our customer service team on orders@tadmedical.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.

You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, any product returned must be in the original packaging and unused. Simply return the item(s) along with the despatch note you received when the products were delivered and write the reason for returning on the reverse. Within the package, please include:

  • ORDER NUMBER
  • CUSTOMER NAME
  • DELIVERY POSTCODE
  • REASON FOR RETURN

When returning the items we would recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit when they are being returned. We will examine the returned product(s) and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund as soon as possible but please allow 14 days.
